Terms & Conditions of Purchase
By purchasing tickets to Wohlfahrt Haus Dinner Theatre, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These policies are in place to ensure a smooth experience for all guests and to maintain the quality and integrity of our performances.
1. All Sales Are Final
All ticket purchases are non-refundable. Once a reservation is confirmed, it cannot be canceled for a refund under any circumstances.
2. Ticket Exchanges & Rescheduling
Tickets may be moved to another performance of the same show with at least 24 hours’ notice prior to your scheduled performance time.
Requests made within 24 hours of the performance are not eligible for exchange.
All exchanges are subject to availability and must be coordinated through the Box Office.
3. Missed Performances
If you do not attend your scheduled performance and did not provide at least 24 hours’ notice, your tickets are forfeited and cannot be rescheduled, credited, or refunded.
4. Arrival & Seating Policy
Guests are expected to arrive at least 30 minutes prior to their scheduled dinner time.
Dinner service begins 1.5 hours before the performance. Late arrivals may miss part of the dining experience and/or performance. Seating is managed by our host team and is based on timing, group size, and overall service flow.
5. Dining Experience
Your ticket includes a full dining experience and live performance unless otherwise noted. Menu offerings, service timing, and experience details may vary slightly depending on the production.
6. Allergies & Dietary Restrictions
We are happy to accommodate allergies and dietary restrictions with at least 24 hours’ notice. Guests should note any restrictions at the time of booking or contact the Box Office directly.
While we take precautions, we cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment.
7. Children & Family Attendance
Children are welcome at most performances. Pricing and menu options may vary. All guests, regardless of age, must have a valid ticket.
8. Group Reservations
Group reservations (20 or more guests) may be subject to separate policies, including deposits, payment deadlines, and seating arrangements. Specific group terms will be provided at the time of booking.
9. Service Charge & Fees
Applicable service charges, taxes, and fees will be included in your total at checkout. Service charges support staffing and operational costs required to deliver the full dining and theatre experience.
10. Alcohol & Beverage Service
Alcoholic beverages are available for purchase for guests 21 and older with valid identification. Outside food and beverages are not permitted.
11. Photography & Recording
Photography, video recording, and audio recording during performances are strictly prohibited unless otherwise stated. This ensures the experience for all guests and protects the integrity of the production.
12. Code of Conduct
Guests are expected to behave respectfully toward staff, performers, and other patrons. Disruptive behavior may result in removal from the theatre without refund.
13. Show Changes & Cancellations
In rare cases, performances may be rescheduled or canceled due to unforeseen circumstances. If this occurs, guests will be contacted with available options.
14. Accessibility
We strive to accommodate all guests. If you require special assistance, please notify the Box Office in advance so we can best prepare for your visit.
15. Policy Update
Wohlfahrt Haus Dinner Theatre reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
